Your library is here for you—and now we’d like your help to make it even better! We’re conducting a Patron Satisfaction Survey, and your feedback will guide us in improving the services, spaces, and resources you rely on.
What is the Patron Satisfaction Survey?
The survey is a short questionnaire designed to gather input from our community. It covers everything from how you use the library to what you think about our programs, collections, customer service, technology, and facilities.
Who Should Participate?
Everyone! Whether you’re a lifelong cardholder, a parent who brings your children to storytime, a student who studies in our spaces, or someone who stops by occasionally, your voice matters. Even if you haven’t visited in a while or have never visited the library, we want to hear from you!
When is the Survey Happening?
The survey will be open from Monday, September 15 through Saturday, October 18. The sooner you share your thoughts, the sooner we can put them to work.
Where Can You Take It?
You can complete the survey HERE. Paper copies are also available in the library, so everyone has a chance to participate.
How Does It Work?
The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential, and we’ll use them only to improve library services. Once the survey closes, we’ll analyze the results and share what we’ve learned with the community.
