Program Description

Event Details

Known locally as the Lollapalooza of UFOlogy, the CLOSE ENCOUNTERS CONFERENCE, is known for bringing together the best, the brightest, and the strangest minds across the world for UFOlogy panels, lectures, and discussions with experts across a wide variety of topics including UFO Spotting, alien abduction, space travel, ancient alien architecture, skilled skepticism, and more.

Each year, the conference organizers host an out-of-this-world party/meet and greet – where skeptics and believers alike can mingle with the conference faculty, share their tales of alien encounters, and dance the night away.

This year, the party promises to be out of this world, not only because of the delicious food, music curated by one of the hottest DJs in the circuit, and an alien costume contest, but also because alien expert, Dr. Mindy Mork, has promised to reveal the most earth-shattering evidence in the field of UFOlogy ever found AT THE PARTY. Evidence that she says will “end all doubt as to whether we are alone in the universe and change the field of UFOlogy and how we think about alien lifeforms forever.”

Help us crack the case!
Guests are encouraged (but not required) to come dressed in OUT OF THIS WORLD attire, enjoy music, heavy appetizers, and drinks (cash bar) in the stacks, and become amateur sleuths to discover who-dunnit by the end of the night.
