Hedberg Public Library has ten (10) rooms available to the public. See below for details.
SMALL MEETING ROOMS The eight rooms below are reservable up to 6 months in advance in 4 hour blocks.
Walk-ins are accepted on a first come first serve basis. For all small meeting rooms, borrow cables and whiteboard markers from the upstairs service desk.
- Study Room #1, #2, and #3
Table and four chairs with mounted whiteboard.
- Study Rooms #4 and #5
Table with three chairs and mounted monitor.
- Study Room #6
Three lounge chairs, coffee table and mounted monitor.
- Study Room #7
Table with five chairs and mounted monitor.
- Friends Community Room
Tables and chairs for up to 24 people arranged in conference style, whiteboard and mounted monitor. Tables and chairs may be rearranged by the broup.
LARGE MEETING ROOMS
Due to their use as library program spaces, the two rooms below are reservable only between one (1) week and one (1) month in advance. No walk-in reservations. For both large meeting rooms, borrow cables and whiteboard markers from the service desk.
- Woodruff Room Capacity: 24-32 people
INCLUDED:
Whiteboard, mounted projector and screen. Podium available upon request.
RESERVABLE:
4-foot tables and chairs for up to 24 people classroom style (up to 12 tables, 2 chairs per table, and a presenter table) OR up to 32 people auditorium style (chairs only), tabletop podium (1), music stand (1). Please request the quantity needed during the booking process.
- Program Room Capacity: 60-134 people
INCLUDED:
Whiteboards, mounted projector, 2 mounted screens.
RESERVABLE:
6-foot tables and chairs for up to 60 people classroom style (up to 15 tables, 2 chairs per table, and a presenter table) OR up to 134 people auditorium style (chairs only), standing podium (1), tabletop podium (1), music stand (1). Please request the quantity needed during the booking process.

All reservations will be reviewed and confirmed by staff within two (2) business days.
GOVERNING POLICIES
All users of meeting rooms are expected to follow all applicable Library Board Policies with specific attention paid to A101b Meeting Rooms, A110b Public Use of Program Room, and A901b Public Code of Behavior. |
