Arrowhead Library System (ALS), which includes all seven Rock County public libraries, recently launched a new expanded and enhanced online library catalog called RockCat.
Hedberg, Beloit and Edgerton public libraries welcomed the system in the spring of 2007. Now RockCat welcomes Clinton, Evansville, Milton and Orfordville public libraries!
What's NEW with RockCat?
• Search the holdings of all seven ALS libraries
• Put holds on materials at all seven ALS libraries, then pick them up within a few days at the library of your choice
• View book, CD and DVD cover images, book and movie summaries, book reviews, book lists, and author notes
• Consolidate to one library card (issued by your residential library) that may be used at all seven libraries
It's quick, easy and convenient! You will love the new features, and HPL staff will be available if you have any questions.
ALS was established in 1974 to coordinate and expand Rock County's public library services. All Rock County residents benefit from enhanced, cost-effective library services through the continued cooperation of the system and its member libraries. The system serves over 100.000 cardholders and circulates 2 million items each year.
