Who may use the Public Meeting Room at Hedberg Public Library?
Library patrons may reserve the Public Meeting Room for groups of five to 25 people. Individuals and community groups may use the room if no selling of goods takes place and the event isn't strictly social, like a birthday party or baby shower. The room may not be used for any purpose that may interfere with normal library use.

What is available for my group to use?
Chairs, tables and a podium are available for groups to set up to meet their special needs.
Wireless Internet access is available for groups with their own wireless-ready laptop computer.

When is the room available?
Schedule meetings during regular library hours.

We allow 30 minutes between bookings for set-up and take-down, which will automatically be added to your booking. The first meeting of the day can be no earlier than 30 minutes after the library opens and the last meeting must end 15 minutes before the library closes. No access is possible beyond scheduled library hours.

How do I reserve the room?
Submit the Public Meeting Room Booking Form to the library Service Desk during library hours. Booking Forms are available outside the meeting room doors or you may download a booking form in pdf fomat.

The contact person on this form must have a Hedberg Public Library card and must be in good standing. Read the meeting room regulations before signing the form. Groups violating Public Meeting Room Regulations may be prohibited from a return engagement.

How do I make a cancellation?
Make cancellations with the Service Desk at 758-6600.
