Room at Hedberg Public Library? What is available for my group to use? When is the room available? We allow 30 minutes between bookings for set-up and take-down, which will automatically be added to your booking. The first meeting of the day can be no earlier than 30 minutes after the library opens and the last meeting must end 15 minutes before the library closes. No access is possible beyond scheduled library hours. How do I reserve the room? The contact person on this form must have a Hedberg Public Library card and must be in good standing. Read the meeting room regulations before signing the form. Groups violating Public Meeting Room Regulations may be prohibited from a return engagement. How do I make a cancellation?
