Identity theft is a common concern, and libraries across the country are taking measures to keep patrons’ personal information safe. Soon, your personal library account information will have a new level of protection! During National Library Week, all HPL cardholders will have their image added to their account, which will help secure your personal information and prevent unlawful use of your library card. Just stop at checkout and say cheese! And don’t worry, the electronic picture is for staff view only, so you can keep your card with those cute, colorful lollipops!
