Autism 101
Thursday, March 30, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
presented by the Autism Society of South Central Wisconsin
Join us for a free workshop for parents, family members and caregivers of newly diagnosed children and anyone interested in learning about Autism Spectrum Disorder. Attendees will receive informational materials including parenting resources, diagnosis information, helpful school tips, community resources and more.

Registration is encouraged. Light snacks will be provided.

What’s After High School?

Get help planning for your young adult’s future with this broad overview of the transition to adult life for young adults with disabilities and special needs. Learn about the role of schools, long-term supports, vocational resources, moving into adult health care, guardianship and other legal options, advocacy and the basics of self-determination.

A light meal will be provided.

 


Camp HPL is a great way to focus on one topic for multiple, hands-on, interactive sessions. It’s all about growing and exploring, while having fun at the library with new friends!
