Camp HPL is a great way to focus on one topic for multiple, hands-on, interactive sessions. It’s all about growing and exploring, while having fun at the library with new friends!

Registration is required and begins Monday, June 1.

Theater Camp for kids having completed grades K-5
Each session will focus on lively, confidence-building games that help kids get comfortable in their own skin by learning solid acting skills. No public performance will be done.

CODING CAMP: Robot Edition
Learn to code using robots, games and apps.

Commotion in the Ocean: StoryWalk Kickoff at Rotary Botanical Gardens
Wednesday, June 14 from 1-3 p.m.
Join us at Rotary Botanical Gardens to celebrate the StoryWalk garden exhibit featuring the book Commotion in the Ocean written by Giles Andreae and illustrated by David Wojtowycz. Admission is by donation. Admission on regular days requires a small fee.

CosPlay DIY: Dynamite Costumes on a Budget
Saturday, July 22 from 2-4 p.m.
Gear up for Quest Con as we explore ways to create fun and easy costumes. Bring your own supplies or use ours.

Geek out over books, movies, TV shows, video games and comics at our 4th annual celebration of pop culture. Enjoy interactive booths, photo ops, crafts, snacks, and more. Come dressed as your favorite character and enter our costume contest!
